I’m Liz Burchill and I combine my recruitment and career coaching expertise to empower people to redefine their careers with a tailored, creative approach bringing clarity and direction to their professional lives.

Recruiting for individuals and major global organisations worldwide, I have a solid understanding of the multitude of roles that exist and can help my coaching clients to understand their place in the market. Clients include NBCUniversal, Amazon, Sony Pictures, Disney, MGM, Narrative Entertainment and many more.

I’m in my element when I’m engaging with clients' career narratives, interpreting their spoken and unspoken challenges, and working with them to clarify goals and create actionable strategies. I thrive on helping people to gain confidence as they uncover hidden strengths and reframe problems into solutions.

  • As a naturally curious person, I have lived and worked in other countries including Australia, Greece and Spain.  I feel enriched when immersing myself in other cultures. 

  • A natural connector, I enjoy working with people at all levels and of all nationalities to build strong coaching relationships.

  • I work collaboratively with a customised approach.

I am a qualified Career Coach with a postgraduate level 7 certificate in Career Coaching from the University of London, and I am a certified Personal Branding Strategist.   I have a BA in Sociology from Greenwich University, my interest in people and society has always been strong.

 I am a member of the Career Development Institute and on the register of Career Development Professionals.  I have regular coaching supervision to enhance my skills, and I undertake regular Continuing Professional Development courses and keep abreast of academic research to ensure I am at the cutting edge of career coaching.

When I'm not working, I enjoy expressing my creativity through making products such as skincare. I'm an avid learner, constantly taking courses from ceramics to copywriting. My interests range from reformer Pilates and strength training to reading,  visiting  the theatre, watching films, exploring  art galleries and exhibitions, and generally soaking up London's vibrant cultural scene.
